They always want to be around you.

When someone is infatuated with you, they will often want to be around you as much as possible. This may be because they enjoy your company, find you attractive, or simply want to be near you. Whatever the reason, their desire to be around you can be a clear sign that they are infatuated with you.

• Facet 1: Enjoying Your Company

One reason why someone who is infatuated with you may always want to be around you is because they genuinely enjoy your company. They may find you funny, intelligent, or simply be drawn to your personality. When they are around you, they feel happy and content. This is a positive sign that they are infatuated with you, as it shows that they value your company and enjoy spending time with you.

• Facet 2: Physical Attraction

Another reason why someone who is infatuated with you may always want to be around you is because they are physically attracted to you. They may find you beautiful or handsome, and they may simply enjoy being in your presence. This is a natural response to physical attraction, and it can be a sign that they are infatuated with you. However, it is important to note that physical attraction alone does not necessarily mean that someone is infatuated with you. They may simply be attracted to your physical appearance, and they may not have any deeper feelings for you.

• Facet 3: Desire to Be Near You

Finally, someone who is infatuated with you may simply want to be near you, even if they are not sure why. They may feel a strong connection to you, and they may simply enjoy being in your presence. This is a sign that they are infatuated with you, as it shows that they have a deep desire to be near you and to feel close to you.

Overall, if someone always wants to be around you, it is a clear sign that they are infatuated with you. This may be because they enjoy your company, find you attractive, or simply want to be near you. Whatever the reason, their desire to be around you is a strong indication that they have deep feelings for you.

They idealize you and see you as perfect.

When someone is infatuated with you, they often idealize you and see you as perfect. This means that they see you as being without flaws and that they believe that you are the perfect person for them. This can be a very flattering experience, but it is important to remember that it is not based on reality.

• Facet 1: Unrealistic Expectations

One of the problems with idealization is that it can lead to unrealistic expectations. When someone idealizes you, they may expect you to be perfect all the time. This can be a lot of pressure to live up to, and it can eventually lead to disappointment and resentment.

• Facet 2: Lack of Intimacy

Another problem with idealization is that it can create a lack of intimacy. When someone idealizes you, they may not see you for who you really are. They may only see the perfect image that they have created in their mind.

• Facet 3: Emotional Dependence

Finally, idealization can lead to emotional dependence. When someone idealizes you, they may become emotionally dependent on you. They may believe that they cannot live without you, and they may become very clingy and possessive.

If someone is idealizing you, it is important to set realistic expectations. You need to let them know that you are not perfect and that you have flaws just like everyone else. You also need to encourage them to get to know the real you, not the idealized version of you that they have created in their mind.

They're very possessive and jealous.

Possessiveness and jealousy are often seen as signs of infatuation. This is because when someone is infatuated with you, they may feel a strong need to possess you and to keep you all to themselves. They may also become jealous if they feel that someone else is trying to take you away from them.

While possessiveness and jealousy can be flattering at first, they can quickly become overwhelming and even frightening. If someone is constantly trying to control your behavior or to make you feel guilty for spending time with other people, it is important to set boundaries and to let them know that their behavior is not acceptable.

In some cases, possessiveness and jealousy can be a sign of an underlying mental health condition, such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) or borderline personality disorder (BPD). If you are concerned that someone you know may be struggling with a mental health condition, it is important to encourage them to seek professional help.

They're willing to do anything to please you.

When someone is infatuated with you, they may be willing to do anything to please you. This is because they want to make you happy and to show you how much they care. They may go out of their way to do things for you, even if it is inconvenient or difficult for them. They may also be very attentive to your needs and wants, and they may try to anticipate what you need before you even ask.

This behavior can be flattering at first, but it can also be overwhelming. If someone is constantly trying to please you, it can make you feel like you are obligated to them. It can also be difficult to maintain a healthy relationship with someone who is always putting your needs before their own.

If you are in a relationship with someone who is willing to do anything to please you, it is important to set boundaries. Let them know that you appreciate their efforts, but that you also need them to be independent and to have their own life. It is also important to make sure that you are not taking advantage of their willingness to please you. Remember, a healthy relationship is a two-way street, and both partners should be willing to give and take.
